Ever feel like you are not "qualified" to be in your current role? If so, you may have been experiencing imposter syndrome.
In this episode, Judith and Erin discuss some signs and symptoms of this phenomenon alongside their own experiences. The episode asks if the structure of higher education exacerbates such feelings and what can be done to alleviate them. The hosts all think about how this may impact parents as well.

Am a PhD 2nd year and a mother of 3, doing a Sciences degree in a foreign country! Can’t get worse! Imposter Syndrome is real, but I agree, it’s something one works on with keeping a positive mind and accepting that no one is perfect...it’s how I am trying to handle! My motherhood came with less trouble..COs I had a good support system, of my mum, a help, and it gets better as you have more children. The PhD is still proving to be hectic but like you mention...we are all a ‘work in progress’. Thank you for sharing your experiences
